While the location is unbeatable for shopping enthusiasts and the hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, some aspects of the service were quite disappointing, particularly during check-in. If you're planning to stay here, just be prepared for potential wait times and some service hiccups.

The staff were polite and attentive, which made my experience even better.
