My stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam had its highs and lows. While the location is unbeatable for shopping enthusiasts and the hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, some aspects of the service were quite disappointing, particularly during check-in. If you're planning to stay here, just be prepared for potential wait times and some service hiccups.
